We're engaged!
Before we get married in a small private ceremony far away, we would like to celebrate our engagement with loved ones in our home state of Washington. This event, called "Lể Đính Hôn" or "Đám Hỏi" in Vietnamese, is an engagement ritual that includes an exchanging of gifts between the families of the groom and bride, followed by a formal tea ceremony where we will honor our elders. Please come dressed in colorful attire that reflects your heritage. There will be plenty of food and drink to follow! Address will be sent to those who RSVP.
